- Leverage PPC’s 50 years of lending expertise to make your loan shop one of the best in the industry. All of our underwriters come from manual underwriting backgrounds and are completely competent underwriting credit scores from 500 to 850.
- PPC provides a centralized underwriting solution with an average turnaround time of 17 minutes using your loan policy. We help you manage risk and underwrite to your credit standards.
- PPC will approve applicants for all qualifying products to boost loan growth. No ‘order taking’ here.
- PPC will constantly reinforce the lending training provided to your staff through daily coaching.
- PPC rep takes loan applications directly from your members.
- PPC rep takes the loan application in your system and completes a full loan interview. Our team’s lending background will help your member navigate the lending process and make a strong recommendation in the loan notes including any cross-sell opportunities. No-order taking allowed. We think 2 or 3 loans are better than 1.
- A fully protected loan is quoted and discussed with the member to help with increasing ancillary penetration and non-interest income. Is your GAP penetration at 70%? How about life and disability of at least 50%? If not, they should be and we can show you how.
- PPC rep sends completed loan application to underwriting for decision and schedules closing with the member. We coordinate the closing with the credit union to ensure your members get timely answers on their loans and receive a great experience.
- We know outbound sales calls are not the easiest call for everyone to make. At PPC, our sales reps recognize the great opportunity these calls offer and enjoy the challenge. We love telling your credit union’s story.
- PPC experienced sales reps will make your welcome calls to securely ‘onboard’ your new member and even review loan terms with new members that came to the credit union through an indirect loan.
- PPC will identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities including ancillary products when we make contact with your new member.
- We know becoming the members’ PFI is the ultimate goal of any new member onboarding process. PPC reps will make your members feel comfortable in trusting your credit union with their finances.
